Where does all the weight go?
Hi, I just completed a long distance bikeride (9 hrs/~200km) in which I guess I probably burned about 3500 calories which theoretically is about a pound. Anyway, I was wondering. I have read the word "silent" applied to it in lots of places, but in practice, at higher resistance, it definitely makes noise, especially where the band you pull connects to the rower itself.
