From: Fred Smith on 18 Jun 2007 06:45 This takes some courage to write as I've never considered the possibility of a problem with my heart... I'm 6ft 4 ins, 322 lbs which I know isnt small by any means. I try to keep as active as I can but its difficult with job and family pressures. Just lately though I've started to get really out of breath, even to the stage where I'm waking up feeling out of breath on some days. I am also really sweating when I do physical activity - More than normal. I havent got any chest pain at all so I'm not too worried. I dont want to waste my time going to a doctor just to be told to lose weight, I can sort that one myself but do you think I should be worried about my problems being more serious ?
