From: pigdos on 1 Dec 2006 14:59 I had a PA on Thanksgiving, I had to leave the restaurant it was so bad. I've only been on the 20mg for two weeks though. At least Forest is going to sponsor my 'script (so I don't have to pay). -- Doug -- ========== Please DELETE this text block when replying! ========== Contact the moderators at: asapm-board(a)stump.algebra.com The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm ========= This notice is added to each approved article ==========
From: weeks on 1 Dec 2006 23:04 Hi, Doug, Sorry about the PA. I'd give the Lexapro a little more time. Most ADs do take 6 - 8 weeks for best results. Yeah for Forest!!! smiles, Elise "pigdos" <NA(a)nowhere.com> wrote in message news:82%bh.6651$wc5.4550(a)newssvr25.news.prodigy.net... >I had a PA on Thanksgiving, I had to leave the restaurant it was so bad. >I've only been on the 20mg for two weeks though. Keeping my fingers crossed that it "kicks in" soon! > > Jackie > ~*~My halo is temporarily out of order~*~ Dear Doug, Lexapro took six weeks for me to 'kick in', and not till I eventually upped the dosage (under doctors instructions) to 30 mg. But once it began to work it was brilliant. I have had to change to Remeron. My libido was effected by Lexapro. I would suggest Xanax will help you at the moment. It 'knocks out' panic attacks VERY quickly and effectively. From: pigdos on 2 Dec 2006 13:24 Paul, I always thought the maximum dose of lexapro was 20mg? At least now I'll have somewhere to go if 20mg doesn't work by the end of the month. I'm not waiting any longer than the end of the month. Thanks for the responses/replies Jackie, Elise and Paul. -- Doug "Paul Bailey" <pbailey01(a)optusnet.com.au> wrote in message news:457103ba$0$5743$afc38c87(a)news.optusnet.com.au... > > > Dear Doug, > > Lexapro took six weeks for me to 'kick in', and not till I eventually > upped the dosage (under doctors instructions) to 30 mg. From: A on 2 Dec 2006 17:16 Doug, when I started on Lexapro, it took about three months before it was fully effective. So, if you can, give it some time. xxoo Anne -- ========== Please DELETE this text block when replying! ========== Contact the moderators at: asapm-board(a)stump.algebra.com The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm ========= This notice is added to each approved article ==========
