20mg lexapro: still waiting for some sort of positive result

But once it began to work it was brilliant. I have had to change to Remeron. My libido was effected by Lexapro. I would suggest Xanax will help you at the moment. It 'knocks out' panic attacks VERY quickly and effectively. I'm not waiting any longer than the end of the month.
