But 50 times at 80 pounds is still pretty much an endurance routine, and it's definitely so if you're talking about a single set. Use more weight, less reps. And no, high reps at low weight do *not* give you muscular definition. Just thought I should mention that before some newbie asks.

From: Mack on 17 Jan 2006 22:10 I think 10,000 reps with 5 lb dumbbells would be best for building mussels. You might want to warm up with 16oz cans first.
