Is the 1800 dentist screening process very rigorous?

The web site says it is but doesn't have any details on what a dentist
has to do to qualify.

Also, it doesn't say whether the screening process varies by locale.

Ideas?

I believe the "rigorous screening" is making sure the check clears
before the name goes on the list of dentists they refer. I could be
wrong, however.

Screening process" The doc must own a telephone so patients can call.

I doubt very much they have access to any information (other than what
the dentist tells them) that is not in the public record.
Once at a meeting I asked what they needed from me to get certified,
and they told me $1200/month.
