I haven't measured my arms in a while, but they are bigger than 16". I don't do bicep curls. On back/leg/bicep days I do deadlifts, squats, clean and press, pullups, pull downs, dumbell rows, and sometimes reverse curls to work my whole arm (forearm and bicep). On chest/tricep days I do bench and incline press, butterfly machine, dips, and tricep extension using cables (around 80-100 lbs, machines vary). Good luck, James

I do chins and have used up to 135 lbs additional weight. Benched 400 lbs in competition. That's about it for arm exercises. -- Keith
