From: Wayne Boatwright on 5 Apr 2006 07:19 Someone in my WW group recently mentioned a bagel that calculates out to 1 WW point per whole bagel, and only 12 carbs per bagel. They are Fleischer's Carb Trimmer Bagels. I found them at Walmart in the refrigerated case near the butter/eggs/juices, etc. They come in 2 varieties, plan and cinnamon-raisin. One bagel with a smear of fat-free cream cheese makes a very tasty breakfast. -- Wayne Boatwright @?@? _____________________

I'd rather get Lenders frozen bagels and use up the 3 points that they come to as they have the taste and consistency of a "real" bagel. If I REALLY want a good bagle, I'll go to the bagel shop and blow the 6 points on one :) They're all good with hummus, spritz of ICBINB spray, or some other low cal or no cal topping. -- ~Donna~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is never too late to be what you might have been. - George Eliot Hold on tight to your dream. - ELO http://www.zensewing.com
